Error -7000 means the Parsec client could not launch OpenGL. Try a different renderer first, and if that does not help, your client hardware may not meet Parsec's minimum requirements.

1. In Parsec, go to Settings > Client > Renderer and select a different renderer.
2. If the error persists, check your device against the minimum requirements.
