- If you weren't connected to the internet, please try again.
- Disable SSL/HTTPS Scanning in your Anti Virus Internet Security suite (Kaspersky, AVG, Avast and BitDefender for example has this, and causes 18000 Errors). The solution is mentioned in this Mozilla blog post.
- Ask your network administrator to disable SSL Inspection / Man In the Middle scanning on your network Firewall or white list https://s3.amazonaws.com/parseccloud
- Make sure your date and time are correct on your PC.
