Error -13009 has two possible causes.
The host's resolution is higher than Parsec supports
The host computer, meaning the computer being connected to, is running a resolution above Parsec's maximum of 8192x4320 (8K). Lower the host's resolution before connecting. See Changing the Resolution of the Video Stream for how to change it.
On Parsec versions older than 150-96 the maximum is 3840x2160. If you are below that version, update Parsec or lower the host to 3840x2160 or less.
An RDP session is connected at the same time
On Windows hosts, an active Microsoft Remote Desktop (RDP) session to the host can also trigger this error.
- Disconnect your Parsec session.
- Disconnect the RDP session from the host.
- Connect again with Parsec.
