Whenever you login from a new location on Parsec without Two Factor Authentication, you'll receive a confirmation email just like the one below, and a warning telling you that it was sent.
If you can't find the email, try the following:
- Search for emails titled 'Verify a login attempt from a new location'
- Look into your spam section for emails of the same title
- If you have received confirmation emails from Parsec before, make sure that the email we just sent you didn't automatically get "threaded" (hidden) beneath an older email we sent you. You can identify the email by the IP address, which will match the one shown in the login screen
- If you still can't find it and you've waited at least 30 minutes, send us a message here
