Please try set your decoder to Software on your Parsec client settings page and try reconnect to your host.
If you are getting this on Windows 7, please visit your Client Settings and set your decoder to hardware.
If the hardware option is not available, your Windows 7 system is incompatible with Parsec. Please upgrade to Windows 10 to take advantage of our software decoder.
This issue happens with phones where the decoder does not function in the way Parsec expects, most notably with the Moto lineup of Android phones. If your phone has this error code, your phone is unfortunately incompatible with Parsec at this time.
