Effective as of March 10th, 2023, Parsec Cloud Inc. is assigning all of its agreements which are governed by our Terms of Service (available here: https://unity.com/legal/terms-of-service) (collectively, the "Agreement") to Unity Technologies S.F. ("Unity SF"), in connection with Unity's subsidiary management activities. Unity SF assumes responsibility for the performance of the obligations under the Agreement from the Assignment Date.
This change will not impact your day to day business operations in any way, but it means that your payment towards your invoices will be submitted to Unity SF, not Parsec Cloud Inc., going forward.
Furthermore, Unity SF, will now be the organization responsible for collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information, if applicable. Unity is a company registered in the State of California (registered number C3183233), with headquarters at:
