For enterprise customers and prospects who require detailed documentation regarding our security controls, we provide access to our SOC 2 Type II report through the Unity Trust Center.

This article outlines the self-service process for requesting access to these reports.

Accessing the Unity Trust Center and Locating the Report

Our compliance documentation is hosted on the centralized Unity Trust Center.

1. Navigate to trust.unity.com/certifications.

   

2. Click the SOC 2 Type II badge under the "Badges" section.
3. Find the document labeled Parsec SOC 2 Type II 2024 (or the most recent version available).

Submitting Your Request

1. Click Request Access on the Parsec SOC 2 document card. 

   

2. Enter your email address and click Continue.

   

3. In the text box that appears, briefly state the reason for your request (e.g., "Evaluating Parsec for enterprise deployment" or "Annual security audit"). 

   

4. Click Submit Request.

Approval and Download

Once your request is submitted, it is routed to the Unity Security Team for review. Requests are typically processed within 8 to 12 hours. Once approved, you will receive an email notification.

Once you receive this email, you can follow the link to return to the Trust Center and download the report.

Note: Accessing these reports may require you to acknowledge a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as part of the download flow.
