Overview
A summary of your subscription is provided at the top of the page to help you review your account. Customers might use this section to assess their account health, review or cancel pending changes, or to note their next payment date (renewal date).
Subscription Detail
The top section covers your subscription details, or the individual features and settings that are active for your account.
See descriptions of each component below:
- Product Type - What type of product do you have? Teams or Enterprise?
- Product Term - How are you paying? Monthly or Annually?
- Purchased Add-ons - Do you make use of any additional features offered by Parsec?
- Total Seats - How many total seat licenses do you have?
- Next Renewal Date - When does your subscription renew?
- Next Renewal Price - What is the base cost of the seats in your subscription (before taxes, discounts, and fees)?
Status & Actions
The bottom left (1) shows a high level status of your account. You might check this section for relevant, urgent actions you need to perform.
Key states are:

Seat Change Details
The bottom right (1) provides a breakdown of your seat details and upcoming changes that will affect those seats and their related costs.
A description of column and row headers follows:
- Rows: Individual Line items
- Seats - The number of seats available at each point in time.
- Price / seat - The price per seat at each point in time.
- Subtotal - The subtotal of your seat costs at each point in time.
- Columns: Points in time
- Today - The current state of your seat licenses.
- Changes - Any upcoming changes that you’ve scheduled to your seats.
- Next Renewal - The future state of your account after any changes that will take effect with your next renewal.
